Early 60's truck would be my guess. It has the later model valve covers and the e brake drum on the back of the trans. What year do you think this 318 and trans is???

That stuff looks good! We've been getting two meals delivered once a week from Hello Fresh. Great food, easy to prepare, plenty to eat, and GOOD!!

Sadly had to run into work today even though we are closed, got a phone call this morning from the electric company that we were getting curtailed electrically. I had a whole 27 minutes to get to work and get 3 generators online and switched over with out penalty. I almost made it, we might have a minute or 2 of penalty coming.
Then on top of it its so damn cold out that our back up fuel (propane) is freezing up on the way into the building, this is after all of our heaters and pumps. Not much we can do so we are running 1 boiler instead of 4 and circulating about 98* water instead of 170*. Man is it fricking cold out there.
ouchGettin' there.View attachment 1715282814
Press crews? What are you 'pressing'?after half the press crews have called in sick.
Well, let em in already! Poor thing is cold, ya meanie!

We have been curtailed for the past two days burning the 30,000 gallon LP tank down. I started it up early expecting the call. At 50 % this morning should have enough for a few more days. I have a 10,000 gallon delivery set up for Thursday morning.
Now they are talking about an overnight shutdown after half the press crews have called in sick. They need someone to babysit the building, compressors, thermal oxidizer and this SNG. Not sure I wanna volunteer for that. But ... I am minionless
. Got a facefull of it a couple times. Still well below freezing, but looks like the sun is going to help with the packed stuff. Hope to scrape a little more off before I head in to work. I did throw a few coffee can fulls of ice melt where the sun doesn't hit.

MOST did. I have seen some of the small camper van sized "RVs" that didnt.Didn't all RV trans have the parking brake on it? Mine with a 440 from a 1976 did.
ruh rohI have fuel oil and propane delivery's set for today and Friday. Now I also have to get diesel for the gen sets, good thing those where already topped off. We only have 4000 gallons of propane, they only sized it to last for 2 days, we have a 20,000 fuel oil tank, which when we started curtailment had 9800 gallons in it. We only keep that about half.
Just got the call from Xcel that the electrical curtailment is extended until 8pm tonight, so I'll have to go in to switch them back over since the night operator has never done that before.
Plus side if you go in it will help boost the pay check some, or can you take it as comp time? Where do you work at?
