VA getting the stiches on my face removed, did not post much about it a cancer spot (basil) removed and plastic surgery. Normal hour or so e mail stuff to do before I leave.
Actually have a few spots, I need looked at. Sun is brutal here in VN
Do it before they get bad. Mine are no big deal right now. She said to put a claim in prob because of all the time in the sandbox working on planes and no hat allowed!

Wife was snoring. i went to roll over and felt something in my neck,like a pinched nerve. Had it happen once like 40 years ago,to this day i havent forgotten the pain. So i figured i better get up and take something or ice it. I got lucky, its fine.

Been there, done that. Actually have deteriating discs at c5 c6, so always have some pain, but if I keep moving, it's all good

Ours would be ok in survival mode, but the well waters around here have too much arsenic for everyday drinking. Only a couple faucets have the RO system for drinking water. Hot water heater wouldnt have treated water in my house.
