Yeah it's Friday! That means it's the day before another work day...LOL Sounds like presses are running Sunday too. So I will probably be covering 4-6 hours on that. With so many people out, they are desperate to keep up production. Won't be surprised if I work every day till Christmas.

Made a little progress on garage door yesterday. Got the control and new wire up. Still need to put up the new safety sensors. The brackets are supposed to snap on the track, and looks like they are too small for my track. I will either find a way to make them work or have to use the old brackets. Probably run new wires for those too. Might get at them today, but need to bring in some firewood. First priority is coffee though...

It is a good morning to stay in bed and sleep late..... which is exactly what I'm fixin to do. No office today. I'm out on an administrative day off. 
Yep. The streets are wet here. It's supposed to be light rain turning to a wintery mix later today. That's what sucks. Rain or snow but the freezing rain in between is not good.

You're going to be the GO TO guy for engine trans fitment advice now.

There an outfit in Inland Empire that does bar stool racers. Might be just about the right size for just such an endeavor.

Got a 50lb box of GOM shrimp reserved for next Wednesday. 36-40's @$2.30/lb. Should be a good Christmas. Wild hog and venison in the freezer + the turkey we got on sale the day after Thanksgiving, $.99/lb for a butterball.

Think i put away like 3 tools.
Fiddled with this and that. Dropped a knob down inside the kick panel, too narrow to reach in and its plastic. Should take at least an hour to fish it out.
did get a coat of paint on door jambs though. 15 minutes and then another. Will be gluing weatherstrip on to doors next. Have to go watch a video, they go in a very specific place. 1/2 on door, other 1/2 in jamb. Two different types.
