Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Good Morning Everyone. Hope all is well in Coffee Land. Got some snow Sat night (4"), talked a guy I saw plowing next door to run a couple passes through mine too in exchange for letting him push snow into my yard. Last person wouldn't allow even a flake on the property....it is snow for God's sakes. Anyway, gave him some cash as thanks. Hopefully a friend now. Shoulder killed me just on the little shoveling I still had to do. Glad I didn't have to do it all. Feb 3 will be the day for learning what is wrong. Will be a long 10 days.

Are you gonna get the next wave of snow coming through???

We're supposed to get 4" - 8" starting this afternoon.... You usually get more than us being more north...

Good morning all.
I hope I get off this boat Wednesday morning.

You're off the boat... Are you off the wagon also????

Doing a little research on my springs, didn't think it would be too hard considering there's a Penstar stamp on them. Think they're Mopar Performance Competition Leaf Springs-P3412002. Have found aluminum bushings for the big eye, not sure if I'll go with those. The small end I'm not 100% sure on, will take some measurements. Other numbers on the springs 80556PN (both) 3497 passenger and 0518 driver.

The -002 & -003 are super stock leaf springs... I like them...

No, we are just supposed to get a dusting to 1", then some on Saturday if you can believe any guess that far out.

Still. Snow on the way. I call :bs_flag:
Not supposed to get a lot here. Up to 2" of mix with freezing rain. More of a nuisance than anything. Temps around freezing or above, so hopefully the roads stay good. Starting around 9 tonight and I leave work at 11...
Good Morning

Figures I have to drive to Hershey in the am. If it gets out of the driveway I am going, if not they have to reschedule for the wife.

Morning!
Coldest day so far,-27f
Or -33c
Its brutal. Winter time i dont walk much,2,000 steps a day. And with the aching legs that is enough.
Did you stay off the Crestor? Has taken a long time for my legs to be back to near normal after doing Lipitor for Years. Aching was constant- I got used to that. It was the cramps that were out of control....
One thing I think helped a lot was these circulation things my wife found...
Amazon.com: CINCOM Leg Massager for Circulation Air Compression Calf Wraps with 2 Modes 3 Intensities and Helpful for RLS and Edema: Health & Personal Care
I used to run a couple cycles with them on my calves every night. Lately only use it when I feel the need -like 12,000+ step days or a lot of ladder use. I quit Lipitor spring of 2016. Last bad cramps I had was after Carlisle in July. Only a few small ones since. Used to be both thighs at once and lasted at least a couple minutes -excruciating pain a few times a week.
Also still use Theraworx. (Magnesium) Foam that I massage in before bed. Either it works or the massage loosens the muscle, or both, but it definitely seamed to help.

Just signed up for jury duty. Been summoned 3 times but never chosen. One of these days I will get it.

Yep, looks like a 24 hour snow event with 30+ mph winds.
Sure glad I don't have to drive around in the tool truck any more.
