Added a few nice tomatoes I noticed were ready that I picked from the garden.

That is Ban Phong Tom. They are deep fried crispy. Not sure what is in the recipe but they taste Great. Sweet and Crunchy...

She assisted the daughter in getting her 2 month old boy back to Viet Nam last month. I picked her up on Friday at Dullus Int Airport. I think we will stay in America untill around December..
