i did. but i never get why.. seems any air in the mc would come out while bleeding, i had gravity bled the whole system and only got a little air out of it today

Step drill bit for larger hole in sheet metal? My largest bit is 1/2" need a little bigger for throttle cable.

Step drill is the way to go. You can get a cheapy at HF. They are good for maybe three holes! Blue tape the bit where you want to stop or it will pull itself in farther than you want. Lord have mercy where is Karl?

Finally get a day to decompress. I am getting ready to fetch Jodi at the airport. She has been gone a month. I have spent the morning on clean up detail. Plus we rented out the BnB so I had all that laundry as well. Arghh
Getting stuff done. Opted out of doing bodywork though. Thinking some wiring next.

Well I have basically been on a two week whirl wind teaching rolling road show. I am whipped. Feels great to not be in front of students this morning. No way I am back reading. So apologies in advance if I am not responding to someone’s inquiry. You boys do not mess around! Lots of pages I am skipping!

Can’t unbolt it at manifolds enough to remove just the pan?
H pipe goes between the two sides. No way to pull trans with exhaust in place. Unbolt from headers. Might be able to drop exhaust in one piece. Will try
