Stop in for a cup of coffee

Actually it was well worth my time with the exception of so many were from out of State. They brought in a couple college Coaches as well but those guys were focused on recruiting so I kinda of tuned that part out. The class was focused at High School Coaches trying to get their Level one certification. I focused more on the educational aspects for the new Coaches and not so much on their students. I kind of rambled a bit but once I understood the dynamics of the room “Plan A” was not appropriate. It helped that I already have a level one cert. so I wasn’t just being a windbag. Headed back down there in a couple weeks to do a bunch of RSO training for their crew.
Good deal

Only issues I recall when I put the Air Gap on Charlie the Swinger were the linkages for throttle and kickdown. Almost forgot the change in hood clearance  . I had all the manifold bolts in but 1. ":wtf: did I drop one into the lifter valley? :BangHead:". All the bolts come out again, scrape off the tube and a half silicone making the new seals at front and back of manifold. "Nope not in there." Looked around for it and no luck, off to parts store I go to find a bolt. 2 weeks later after the gardener had cut the grass, as I walk to my door after returning from the rock farm, there lies the lost bolt, 2 feet from where the Dart was parked on install day :realcrazy::lol:
Oh man, that was a stressful time I bet, believe it or not, but true story, my little brother and I was changing out intakes on his 73 Rally Challenger, I was showing him and helped pull the stock steal intake for an aluminum LD intake, I laid a dish towel in the lifter and head runner area to clean/ prep for the new intake, i stood up to give my back a brake, open a beer and talk with his friend, went back to the front of the car and brother had laid the intake in place, as he put all the bolts in by hand And just started with a ratchet I had a bad feeling, scrambled looking around the car, and could not find the dish towel anywhere! I said hold on Danny!! Where is the rag we used to protect the valley area, we looked together, even went in his apartment looking........ nothing!! Sure enough, unbolted the intake and lifting it slowly and seen it under the intake  True story, I was 22 driving my beuityful 70 318 lemon twist barracuda. He was 17. I will never forget the fun day, he has passed away along with all my other brothers.
Making memories is what I have left and enjoyed telling you this one.

What could go wrong there. Too bad that fellow died of Cancer at a young age. :BangHead: :BangHead:
My grandfather was a painter... Union guy starting in the mid 1930s

I think he saved every bit of leftover paint in barrels, lined up in the garage. So much lead and asbestos in there. Took a while to find a place that would accept it

Good morning everyone, well, the Eagles had a great game, the Cheifs had a terrible one.
I hope next year the halftime show goes a different route, that one sucked Eggs, !!

I bought a 408 stroker a few years back that had that same issue. They just dolloped silicone in the gap and it leaked like a sieve.

I still question if the Williams “sisters” are actually chicks or dudes. Maybe it’s just me but something don’t seem right there.

Your not wrong, They do look masculine. But it's complicated.... Found this online:
Venus and Serena Williams were not born boys, but they were born with a condition called congenital adrenal hyperplasia, which can cause ambiguous genitalia in newborns. When they were younger, their father began to dress them in girls’ clothing and refer to them as his daughters. This decision was met with some criticism, but ultimately paid off. Both Venus and Serena have always maintained that they are, and have always been, girls.

Good late morning here. Slept in after a long weekend of swap meet stuff. Gave away at least 30 hotwheels cars to kids drug around the place by dads looking for parts. Sold a bunch of stuff and bought a bunch more stuff, gota quit buying more stuff though. Took the dogs for a walk and now sitting back and drinking my coffee.

Kim’s car was a no start, she took avalanche to work. I boosted it and its in shop testing for parasitic draw. Not enough to be a concern, guess i should repeat procedure and see if the goes to sleep the same as first time. Such a pita.
