My average was a little under 10K till end of November. I got a msg from my health app mid December that I had dropped near half. Directly coincided when nerve pain started. Dropped even more since surgery. Did something to my ankle a couple days ago. Now hardly any steps.

I don’t carry my phone! It screams at me continuously to increase step count. There is no cell service on our place except in the house so I just leave it there. Yeh, right now it's sitting on a table most of the time even if I am walking. Only 705 steps recorded yesterday. Near twice that the day I had surgery. LOL
3.5 inches of rain from 7pm to 2 am, 2 inches on snow on top of that equals a very rare occurrence around here
Well they caught the tuff guy who shot the two women in the leg at the Superbowl Parade. His excuse was they were trying to cut in line for the Porta Potty.

Water is running. Had to drag out the 12 volt pump and do the recirculating water trick again. The slab in the pumphouse is frozen, so the small drips freeze. I added another heater, hopefully the extra heat will help. Also have a tap open and running into the sump pit. Hope i dont freeze the sump line next..

Just got off the range, a LEO buddy’s daughter is a senior in college and has ran into a bit of unwanted attention from a gentleman that is freaking her out. She now has the utmost confidence in her ability to defend herself. Good deed done. I never charge for those type requests.
