I just put a roast in the crock pot on High setting. I hope it's done by around 8 when the wife get's home from work. I might grab a bite when I get home after 10. Glenmo night you know. Interesting history of that distillery that started in 1703.

I did a left-over pot roast that I turned into stew tonight. Taste good so far.

Evening all. Today’s been by far the worst pain wise. Cant keep solid food down either. Doc says normal. Since Monday, I’ve had 2 cups of applesauce, a cup of mashed taters and a cup of pudding. Living off of protein shakes.
