Morning all welcome to Friday for the working class. A warmup starts today upper 20's today gradually to 60's on Monday. Since my weather seems to become your weather 48 hours later, I thought I'd give you some hope for better weather. Cheryl is driving in for the day to see her mom. I'm heading to the gym and then find something to do inside.
Still in Vietnam until mid April. But back at my place in Vinh Long. Lynda is coming down here for a few days next week.

Sore but made it thru the night without pain killers. I’m determined to wean off of them since I don’t like taking them on an empty stomach and I can’t eat solids.
More stressing about the appointment with the lawyer this afternoon so that’s keeping my mind off the pain

So I came over to the community park next to the river where I usually come each morning to exercise. On the weekend nights they have this set up with all the rides for the children to enjoy. And its cheap. Also, you will see young couples holding hands walking around here. If you look at the video closely, you will see there is exercise equipment all the way around at the perimeter of the park. When I come here at 5:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. in the morning there are many people exercising and walking and running , and playing soccer, women doing different dance lessons and the like.

That sauce reminds me of lunch yesterday, BBQ Sundae Bowl. That "Fire in The Hole" sauce in the background, no joke, spicy!!! Moose Creek BBQ, Smokey Pt.

That's pulled pork, there's even mashed potato in the bottom, thing was awesome, co-worker told me about the place, in Snohomish County so I don't get over there too often. And it was priced great which was a pleasant surprise
