For me a PA resident it is. He sent a message that he is going to get it transferred to a MD title now.

My Duster was MD title. Was signed by Husband and wife named on it. But bought from guy down the road. None of them with me at notary and no issues getting new PA title

This is a PA title and the guy from MD never transferred it. So for me to buy it I have to find the original owner and he died! And believe it or not a Power of Attorney is no longer able to sign a title in PA. So it is an ope PA title for a truck living in MD

OH, kinda opposite of what I had. Yeh. seams dumb, but buying a PA vehicle in PA is stricter than buying from other states.
