It's 45° here and the snow is melting off my roof so much, it sounds like it's raining.... But it'snot....
Yup, set trailer under deck, ratchet strap on each post and while holding hydraulic lever, ratchet up the posts.
The installer hauled the hoist 80 miles. But keep in mind, hoist is 10-1/2 feet wide.

Well, didnt get done what i wanted to. Did find one window in shop letting too much air through. I spent too much time sealing it up, will make a huge difference next winter.
Got some of my dewalt tool storage figured out. Found 12 tool holders on amazon, will be here in a couple days. One problem, i only have 9 tools, so i need to find 3 more tools to fill the holders.
