Look at all those goofy side seals. No wonder why they leaked.

I was a Zepp fan early on. My sister bought LZ II from RCA Record Co. One of those clubs where they send you an album every month but the first 4 you order only costs 99 cents. That was pretty long hared music for us. We listened to it on our console stereo and Mom didn't like it. LOL

I used to belong to Columbia House I think. My Dad was an early "Stereophile", here's a pic from about 1971, my sister sitting next to some custom-built speakers he had built in San Jose, electro voice drivers and he knocked a clock off the wall with them once (Mom wasn't thrilled about that). I remember Iron Butterfly blasting on those!!!

I probably damaged it more in the Navy lol! No hearing aids or tinnitus yet!

My hearing is getting worse. Just ask my wife. LOL I have Tinnitus for sure. I need to get it checked out.

My rack was just under the port Hawsepipe for the anchor. Man that was a wake up the first time.

That would be loud! Loudest I ever heard was on USS Nimitz, a troubleshooter took me up during a launch, had an EA6B on one cat and an F-14 Tomcat in full afterburner on the other cat, my teeth were rattling and it was warm!
