Whats the fix? You cant unbalance the drum? Back in the day we had this motor wheel that spun the assy on the car and had a strobe then could add weights to the wheel. That would be seriously hard to find a shop with one now.That can happen. It's a wonder I didn't ruin my wheels. I cranked them down with an electric impact and something wasn't right.

I suppose you could grind off some of the weight or may be try spacers. I didn't notice much imbalance after I knocked the weights off.

We had a Bear on the car balancer at the dealer. I wonder what happened to that. It worked well.

yeah, i was thinking if it's soo close that the rim fits but rubs i would hit it with the grinder to take a bit off

I have one of those On- car balancers and a big arse bucket of wheel weights.

This sold yesterday at Carlisle. The guy wouldn't talk about what he got. I told him what I paid and he said but not in as good of shape as this one. I said no....mine was nicer. No rust and all the stainless trim. He just said humpf

Deoxit didn't do the trick on my integrated amp, should pull the board but pretty sure it's just wiped out (pun intended). Sooo, found a whole bunch of parts on fleabay being sold as a group, put in an offer, kinda dangerous cause the volume pot could be in just as bad of shape but there's a lot of parts (basically all the switches and leds the amp has) so think it's worth it anyway if offer accepted. Did the same thing yesterday on parts for a Motorola 8 track, working on the one Wolfie gave me, that guy ghosted me, sheesh! (people are proud of their "not tested" stuff)
