Recently Santa Fe returned somewhat. They are expanding their hump yard, that being the switch yard for the freight cars. Since gravity does most of the work in the hump yard, I doubt it will improve the economy much.

They were doing some maintenance on their main line east of town, replacing ties I think it was. Had like every third tie out for replacement. I guess they didn't get the message to all the engineers that needed to know. One notoriously fast curve right next to I 40, over went the freight train :eek:. There was freight cars scattered all over the desert :rofl:
 
Morning fellers and fellet. This moving stuff is getting old. We were supposed to close up here on the 29th and on the new place on the 6th. Now they want to close on the new place on the 29th also.

We can do docusign, I would like to talk to the owners about the irrigation system (water cannons) on the property.
