ohh yeah... i lost 7lb in my first week just by cutting out coke... (a-cola)... Sugar is the devil... glad it's working out for youKind of.
Mostly soft food diet, some meats, protein shakes. Limited veggies and fruits. Limited carbs, low calorie. Biggest thing I think was eliminating the 44 oz polar pops I was drinking twice a day. I still can’t have anything carbonated .

Got a good Midget show this week, and 3 days of Dwarfcar Nationals next week.
. Eat dinner at 6 pm then lunch at 12 the next day.
