Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Had a realtor that would get some Pillsbury cookies started in the oven just as the open house started.
Cookies, never thought of that lol!
We did that each time we sold and had open houses. Walk in and smells great with a snack. Makes for happy thoughts about the house.

We made a offer on a house in Cali when they were crazy priced for I think 650. When we went in the garage there was a painting of Elvis on black velvet. Had the relator add that in on the offer. Pretty funny. Place sold for 880!

Our last house sold for 10k over in 4 hours, this house is a "different market" and a narrow one so need to be patient. On market for 14 days today.

That's when I had the Job offer in CA. Just made sense to do it at the time. Only reason I took it was because the pay was double and I could rent base housing for 1K a month, no brainer for San Jose! Really liked the place on LI though. In Patchogue, cool town

Morning!
Soggy out there. I think we got enough rain now. Too late though, some crops are stunted.
Hoping to rip into the city today, get parts.
Happy stumps are gone, some roots to pull out,and a bunch of dirt to fill holes.
Grass is suddenly out of control. Hope it dries up.
And car show on sunday, neet to get trucks cleaned up.

Something I read this morning: "I think I figured out why my car is a dog. Compression is 7.14/1 Should I put a bigger cam in?"

  :mob:
