Mine showed up.....FYI: still nothing from USPS, they think they lost it. No biggie, I told them to refund you.
Looks like 2 more 8 footers. I need to figure what to do under the counters. those little 5/8" end pieces are a bit tricky. Cut them once and you can't make them shorter. Unless you want to loose a finger or two. I need a belt or disc sander.
Beats a Big Mac, they got pretty slim now too. Suddenly i want a burger…
True.
I was thinking about coping them but they are just the plain old base trim. If I was installing som Colonial or fancier trim I would get out the coping saw. Damn that takes a lot of time. Inside corners only. This trim is prefinished.True.
Cope 'em or use a block plane.
My god that box is been severely beet up.
Think I'd just fill it with bondo and spray some touch up paint on it.I was thinking about coping them but they are just the plain old base trim. I could do a rain dance for ya but with my luck it would be a flood or burnt grass.Just sitting here watching our slight chance of rain heading north to miss us again.
FFS......

It exits at the edge of the drywall pretty much. The duct is level with the floor surface and the registers just sit on the floor and the two aren't connected. . They can be screwed into the wall (which I did) or screwed into the floor.View attachment 1716430856
TMM, does this duct work stop at the drywall or go inti the wall? this is what we have in our house and seems like air gets wasted. I would like to "shorten" the pipe and use the register that mounts flush with the floor.
