Those manlifts are all well and good until the controls in the basket lose contact with the valves on the power unit. MSHA would have put me in in Leavenworth Prison for 20 years after all the MSHA regs I broke to get off that conveyor belt

I have to crawl under the deck at the house today and replace a 5-ft piece of 1/2-in copper line for the outside water faucets. I have had trouble years ago with it freezing and busting. But I put a heat tape on it and put insulation on it 6 years ago. Never a problem. This past winter because my tenant apparently unplugged my heat tape. The line froze and broke. Yeah I saw Christmas lights strung on the deck and plugged into that outlet. She said she never unplugged it but I know she did...FFS
Hang a tag on it saying do not unplug or put a shut off valve on it and Turn it off before you leave for Vietnam guess that car will never get done lol

2nd weekend of September, lots of motorsports fun in SoCal :D Friday night at Harvick's Place For Fun in Bako, World of Outlaws Sprints. Saturday night, Outlaws at Perris Auto Speedway. Sunday SCTA at El Mirage. Almost forgot us local, Sprint Cars and Mods on Saturday night.

This is always fun to watch. It's pretty amazing the images they can make with such detail.

I need to get the pole trimmer out and see if I can get some more bush trimming done. They are getting so big I am having a devil of a time getting to the center of the bushes. The pole trimmer sure helps but it kills my shoulders. It's pretty heavy and holding it out 10" and trying to not scalp the bushes takes muscles I don't have any more.
Real happy with my dewalt pole saw. Although the motor is at the top, it seems fairly easy to manage. Lots of power too.

Morning!
Another clear morning here. Cool at night, hot during the day. I dont mind if its hot, as long as i dont have to do anything. Getting pretty good at that. Too good, im starting to like it

I have Works GT cordless tools. They have been great. I have a pole that my little cordless trim saw attaches to. Pretty damn handy.

I have wanted a Bullseye pick tool for the longest time, the one i wanted was $100. On sale for $36. So down the rabbit hole i went, ordered enough items to make the 100 minimum for shipping. They still got 100 out of me, but i got more than my money’s worth.
