We have a saying that we use during training cycles that proves to be true over and over.
During a dynamic critical incident you do not rise to the occasion but instead you fall to the highest level of your training. Sadly this gets proven over and over. The now common place landscape of everybody wearing body cams is giving us lots of training material. Not always good.
