Morning!
Warm, a little breezy. 80 today,going to be humid. Will bring in Charlies truck today, get started on it. Start with fixing the F-ups that his buddy did. Major one is rear axle that he beat on. I have to remove it to repair.
 
Good morning c\_/. Good here in a strange way. There is a post about Moogs offset bushings. It took only 7 comments to reveal the truth behind the production of those bushings. Where is the 10 page argument that typically follows? LMAO. yall have a great day

Thread 'Need help with 383. Wont start.'

So I bought a dodge wayfarer with I believe a 383. It caught on fire on the way home . Steps u have taken over to a two pin
.
Rebuilt carb.
Old coli 803, was melted on the front and had bubbled. Not good bought an elbrok coil installed.
Bought a new distributor with I new 4 pin ECU installed 2 pin ballast
The alternator for some reason is wired into a sperate 2 pin ballast
I have foud that the brown wire is spliced Into the main blue wire. Where and what. should the brown wire be plugged into . Help would be greatly appreciated.

I used to have all my chains done professionally, but about 10 years ago I stumbled across this little gadget, and I can’t recommend it enough for Stihl saws. I can sharpen a chain in less than 10 minutes while it’s still on the bar, and given my knack for hitting dirt and rocks around stumps and brush, it’s been a Godsend for me.

Morning. There is so much tomfuckery in these old cars now days it's next to impossible to help diagnose and repair over the internet. It would be easy to say "You're on your own................good luck"
