Stop in for a cup of coffee

Tell me it isn't so! You have been one of my hero's on here and now you tell me you run from a little stuck snake?
Little? Did ya see the size of that thing? Must a been at least ten foot long and as wide as my leg. Only way I knew it was there is when he reached up and flipped the light switch with his snout. Looked me in the eye and told me to seperate him from the sticky trap as his arms were a bit short. Then toss him out in the weeds as he was getting hungry. When he put it like that I had to comply.

Its Snake Sunday!

GOOD MORNING c\_/. Few years ago I hit a black snake with my pressure washer. Didn't see him hiding between downspout and blockwork before he took off. That evening the wife says she heard something in the basement. I found it. Good 10 feet long. Had 3 of the 4 scattered sticky mouse pads on him. Handy shovel took his head off. It stank then and worse when we went for a ride with the garbage the next day. Im not afraid of them but catch and release is not the plan. Just ask the wife. Cheers

Every time the old widow across the street gets a snake in her house. She'll call me over to get it out. I keep telling her to stop keeping food for birds and squirrels in her garage.

They are my Wifes phobia. Had two in the house. One just a week ago think it came under the front screen door seal about a foot long. Still cant find it! The cat will I am sure. A few years ago some how a at least six footer got into the upstairs tub somehow. Still have no idea how. Threw it outside. We do on occasion get water moccasins in the pond. Thats what a 38 pistol with shot shells are for!

Cali playing paintball had quite a few Rattlers in the fields. The small ones are the dangerous ones for sure. Always had to check the tents for sure they loved them for some reason.

That's a repurpose skin. Reminded me of another. On the road by our mailbox was a dead snake that didn't look like a snake, in a nice Grand Am blue. I had to Google it. Electric blue garter snake I think. I had never seen one before.

It’s like my Dad said only good snake is a dead snake

Oh ....not true. If you have a black snake in your house it is because you have mice or some rodent. A black king snake will kill poisonious snakes. I have no idea where the fear of snakes started.....maybe Eve. Spiders and scorpions are just as bad.

I can't tell you how many people call and say I killed a copper head and it turns out to be an eastern water snake. Basically harmless. I have been bitten a couple times

Morning!
Day late and a dollar short.
@Ben Drinkin missed the big day yesterday, HBD!
Rain
Followed by more rain.

Got the Fargo brakes bled saturday, all thats needed is some adjustment.
Went to a social last night, honoring emt’s, law enforcement and firefighters. Was a nice evening, but limited seating, and music was way too loud. I never liked the music in that hall, acoustics are ****.

Rattle snake isn't too bad
she said, "I don't like spiders and snakes
And that ain't what it takes to love me
You fool, you fool
I don't like spiders and snakes
And that ain't what it takes to love me
Like I wanna be loved by you"

Morning guys.
Yesterday I worked on fixing the window roller in the dart and changing out the window felts. I’m slow at what I do so only the passenger door is done. I have to change the felts on the driver side still.

I need to do that on the ole International....but I need to find a lower track...

LOL window is off the lower track on the Dakota AGAIN! I actually think the window rubber felts are to tight. No way to adjust them that I know of. Hope to get to it today. Want to take it to go fishing. Have to get all the olde pre 50 cores off the shop floor and back before I get to it! Actually inventory is getting done on them it is a mess.
