Just gonna say this, that blonde down in Arizona speaking at her husbands funeral with 100,000 people in attendance plus world wide has a spine of steel and i can’t fathom how strong this woman is mentally. At least on the outside.

Done with the bike races. At the track any way. I need to take the tables, chairs, and the generator back to the rent-all tomorrow and I will run the trailer back to Des Moines, where @lkopaska lives, sometime during the week. I might stop in for a visit Lon if the timing is right. I need to be available and open our rental house up every morning for the plumbers and drywall guys this week so it will be a busy schedule. I'm pooped. Not used to being on my feet and walking so much Usually just a few thousand steps a day. Friday was 10,649, Yesterday was 13,915, and today was 15,693. That is huge for me.

Feeling a little better, still plenty sore. Sternum and spine pain. I assume it is each end of the split rib. The neck and collar bone area are very tight and numb yet. Trauma maybe?
