Thanks all. I’m good. Guy lived a hard but good life. Into his mid 80s. Heavy drinker, even heavier smoker, heavier yet into women haha. He out lived all his “healthier lifestyle” siblings
His house got leveled on 3 separate occasions from tornadoes, damaged at least twice that I know of by two other storms.
Owned multiple businesses to include construction farming and body shop.

Damn! Sorry to hear that, and my sincere condolences.
When it rains it pours. We got the news yesterday that a good friend of ours passed away from lung cancer. We all knew she was getting treated for it, but I guess she died alone in a hotel room down in Rochester, ‘cuz she was in treatment at the Mayo and the Doc thought she was good to go for the weekend.
Services are Friday.

Unusual weather for the last 30 minutes or so, thunder. Not very common in this part of the world. Hardly a sprinkle of rain accompanying it. Radar says the real fun is just off the beach to our west.

moisture from the south, bringing the potential for thunderstorms
to the coastal waters through Wednesday night. The highest
potential for thunderstorms exists for the waters adjacent to
western Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties between Tuesday
night and Wednesday morning, but they are possible anywhere
through Wednesday night. Any thunderstorm that forms will be
capable of producing locally gale force winds and rough seas,
dangerous lightning, heavy rainfall with reduced visibility, small
hail, and waterspouts.
