Stop in for a cup of coffee

Fairlane with undisclosed # of FE cubic inches sounds fun to me :steering::lol:
I've posted this before, but an old timer who taught me a LOT back in the day found a T'bolt in an actual barn, and bought it. True story! No engine, but still...

Anyway, he told me to stop-by and check out his new car (didn't tell me what it was on the phone), and when I got there one of the first things I did was lightly knock on the bumpers and fenders (all were 'glass). He laughed and said, "Everyone does that! You've learned a lot, haven't you!"

He could be a real jerk at times, but still: I miss Jerry.

Well crap, gotta go escort generator maintenance, at least I'm starting very close to home. Have a Great Day All!
Do you do a manual start up and transfer? I had responsibility of an ONAN 460 Big block for two operating rooms for 15 years, ran on natural gas or gasoline, throwing the switch gear manually was always a little spooky

I think I know what you're talking about, but I'm not certain, so I ask: Did they buck?

I've had 60 ton (capacity) screw compressors "buck" on me and snap 3/4" hardened bolts. That'll put "stuff" in your shorts!

I bet they get outside today, going to be a dandy December 11th to enjoy outside, but first I have my 45 day check up, seeing doctor today instead of nurse practitioner.
I am on tractor all day today. Making use of this great weather! Good luck today at Doctors, hope you get a great progress report! Be well Cousin.

No, I understand what your saying, but This was an automatic transfer switch, two of them next to each other. They would automatically run the generator each week, but I would do the transfer under load manually every 3 months and log it, this was incase the system didn't work right, when transferring from city power to generated power the loud switches was nerve racking.. fun fun.. lol

Thank you, yep, anytime the main doctor sees me it makes me nervous, you stay safe on that tractor today, don't take to much for granted while operating it today, stay sharp and of course enjoy this day Cousin

Bump to the top. Everyone must have went to work. I went upstairs to fill the humidifier so I thought I would try laying on the bed. Nope, not yet. Too painful. I have been sleeping in the recliner for a week now. As long as that works, I am ok.

no, was on the phone with the vet. The wife's new corgi puppy I got her in September... has been ill. Needs surgery for a possible blockage in his intestines. So there just went 4K....:BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

Morning fellers and fellets, late night at the car clubs Christmas party dinner. Good walk with the dogs now back for coffee and some breakfast.
