Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'm hoping the Seahawks, lost one to the Patriots that I thought we were going to win so maybe it's payback time. At least I know the coaching will make better calls lol!
I hate the Patriots so I'll root for the seachicks I guess. Not like my Colts will ever make the playoffs in the next decade anyway.

I'm assuming the Seahawks will be the underdog. I like to bet on the underdogs.. I will be going to see the game live at 6:00 a.m. In Saigon at Phatty's Bar and Grill on Monday morning the 9th...

I'm actually looking forward to Feb 10th... Not because of the Superbowl, but because then I will officially be able to drop my retirement package and move on to the next chapter.

Please explain the components in "Pudding meat" for my benefit.

Well @kiwigtx ....When butchering the pig there is a pot that you throw the bones with meat on and other parts in and you boil it down. These guys refuse to try it because they think there is wierd stuff in it. When it is cooked down (like chicken stock) you take the juice and add cornmeal with salt and pepper and you have the Scrapple witch is nothing more thatg the juice with cornmeal. But the meat left over is run tgru the grinder and it looks like oatmeal. But it is pure meat and very tasty.

The Rath Packing Company in Waterloo, Iowa, frequently utilized the industry-wide slogan "Everything but the squeal" to highlight their efficiency in using every part of the pig for products. This phrase emphasized maximum utilization and waste reduction in their meatpacking operations.

I actually don't care who wins. I am just going to party.
I'm going to try and make the cowboy salsa I made a couple of years ago. Labor intensive but the fam loved it. Maybe do some crockpot meatballs, veggie tray and maybe a fruit tray and call it a day.

For those who know what it is they are always looking for it. It has to be an old school butcher. Same stuff is in Hotdogs

Maybe Seahawks will be the dog but I kinda doubt it. Either way they won't pay one bit of attention to it, they will just do their own thing

MSN

Interesting read on the taunting call imo, thought he had said something prohibited to their sideline. Moving on...

Time to go back to that dang refinery, more OT today but have my co-worker helping, think we may need to be doing some end to end fiber testing. Have a Great Day All and will check in later!

Cowboy salsa?
also known as Cowboy Caviar. I found it in my grandmother's old church cookbook from 1964.

Has corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, lime and lime juice. cilantro, onions and garlic. I use all fresh veggies, you can use canned if you wanted but i think it tastes better with fresh. Mix it all together and let it sit over night in the fridge. Serve with chips.

It's Mercury Monday!
