The Top Fuel car on display, I was a sad panda leaving it there. I will miss having it in the garage to stare at. I'll just have to make the 45 min trip to look at it for a while and I don't have to pay to go in the museum ever again!

Testing has begun on the duster. First attempts were clutch shake down and adjustment. Started with a 1.47 60 foot ): and last night pass was a 1.37. Getting there. Best pass was a 9.90 at 134 mph.

Dude you are a master fabricator...Im so jealous...what an honor to see your build...it's over the top...Ronnie,Arlen,Herb,Don,Butch,and everyone else would be proud!! Wish I had your $$$ and just half your talent!! Best Wishes and Great Job MR. WILLIAM GUSLER!!!!!

I appreciate that but I am far from a master fabricator. Car is a great 10 footer , but a bit raggedy here and there. I can only say that just deciding that I was going to do everything myself no matter what on the build was the way to go. By the end I was better at everything and still look at the car and think " If I started it today, It would be better."

My thought process is that if other people can do it, so can I. Just a matter of time and effort. Not to mention how many tubes, header pipes and aluminum panels that made the trash can during the journey. We just call them " Prototypes" or "test panels".:)

Building it was a satisfying as driving it, maybe more so.

Not much left with what you started out with.

Drove Buster to the local car show last night. Why is it so fun to drive an uncapped, ridiculous car thru downtown? Might be my 16 year old inner self showing.
