-- These are on the front. I have 215/60-15", and would like them to be narrower, without buying wheels. Have 245/60-15" on the rear.-- You need at least a 225. --
Probably changing the look up, while saving money (like the rest of us) for new rimsRegardless of my smart *** comment, what are you trying to accomplish? Do you just want the look of a skinny tire or do you have a fitment issue? Sound like you have a 15x8 rims for the front. What car are we working on? A bodies all vary in wheel/tire fitment between models.
He already said in post 3...would like them to be narrower, without buying wheels.

-- Yep ! -- It's a 215 on a 8", weld, rim. The 215 has too much tread width, for Me. -- See My garage, on this site, for details on the car.Ooohhh, I love Falcons! Thunderbolt hood looks sweet. 289 car? Weld rims? I like the way it looks in the picture, but that doesn't look like a 215 on a 8" wide rim. I have a 215 on my 7" wide front wheels and they are just a bit wider than the rim. To go skinny you need to go narrower wheel.
