Space is limited for photos, so I'll condense this. I installed a bolt in sprag, new steels, red clutches, new output shaft bearing, new seals, TCI RV mode shift kit, checked and adjusted all clearances.
I installed a new chain (a Morse, very sturdy), new output shaft bearing, and all new seals in the T/C including the oil pump seal. That seals a bear. You need a huge blind hole bearing puller.
This T/C (NP203) has well over 140 free roller bearings so this is not for the timid.
Oh yeah, the T/C shifter is a Hurst, not even patented yet!
