"The common" cluster problems "in general"
Poor cluster ground. Add a pigtail to cluster ground points and bolt it to the column support or dash frame
Loose PC board connector pins. Fix, replace, or use a different connector with pigtails soldered to board traces
IVR: Bad IVR, or IVR socket not making contact with board traces. Solder jumper across
Gauge studs not making contact with board. Loosen /tighten nuts several times, replace "fake" nuts with real ones
Light sockets, PC board corroded/ oxidized, scrub clean with pencil erasor etc. Replace or repair bulb sockets, bend / clean spring contacts for good contact with board
The cluster flash indicators are one wire per side, "Y" off usually at column connector for TS switch, and go right up to the cluster PC connector. That then is not likely the problem, but you never know LOL
