If you might be a little tired of the usual condiments on sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers or whatever else you might use mayonnaise on, try some chipotle mayonnaise for a little spicier taste.
I got tired of buying it in small-quantity squeeze bottles and never being able to get it all. So I made my own and it's super easy - especially if you have a food processor.

Here's what you need and how to make it for a small quantity:
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise (don't use salad dressing or Miracle Whip)
* 2 chipotle chilis in adobo sauce (canned or bottled in the Mexican Food section of your local supermarket)
* 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Put all ingredients into your food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.

If you like this as much as I do, then you might want to make it in larger quantity. I made a quart using:
* 1 quart mayonnaise
* 1 7-ounce can of chipotle chilis in adobo sauce, including the sauce
* 8 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Mix as above and put it all back into the quart-size mayonnaise jar.

I want to make some potato salad using this instead of mayonnaise and mustard. Yum!

Sounds purdy good. I might have to try it. Thanks.
