Let's oil in to lube the splines as you drive. That driveshaft is moving for and aft as you are going over bumps on the road. Was easy for the engineers to remove one of the splines to keep proper lubrication there.

I love carb work. There isn’t very much you can do on these cars while sitting comfortably in the house for a change.
Re-spraying (SEM Landau black) vinyl paint on my head rests after “removing” the 50 year old trim piece that had melded to the old vinyl in many places. Mild heat, took my time... some places just were not separating. Anywho.. I have new repop chrome trim that is slightly wider than the original, so it should fill in the gap and cover the holes just fine.
Went for a drive this nice evening. Well the Dart did, I stayed home and swept the garage.

I installed boosters and master cylinders on a couple of cars tonight. Sucks with dashes and heaters in the way. Oh well.
Started out today with just a cam swap, and found a nasty surprise. Pulling the motor tomorrow full a full tear down and assessment.

Haven't had anything to report for a few weeks, spring yard work got in the way. Messed my back up yesterday so all I got done today was to paint all the engine brackets and finish the plastidip on the A/C line holdowns.
Out for the first drive of the season.
