What is this thing?

I found this in my Lancer stuff today. I have no idea what it is. Anyone ever seen one or used one? It is around 1.5 inches around and 3/8 inch high. The inside is not threaded. The slots around the outside are different widths and they match side to side. What do yall think?

Gotta be some sorta gauge with the #'s stamped in the back...I was gonna say antennae bezel but me thinks not...
 
good question, looks old. Maybe sheet metal guage? Looks too big for that though.
 
MoparChuck is the Winner!!! It is a Bicycle Spoke Truing tool I used to have one... Many many many years ago... god starting to realize I am old!!!
 
I used to have different ones than that.... Now I have 2 of that style! I just started riding again a couple years ago
 
Geez.....what a bunch of knuckleheads....it is a spinfaster adjusting tool......
