what springs and shocks for my 8 3/4???

I am planning on starting to tear out my 7 1/4 this weekend on my 70 swinger with factory 318 and 904. I want to order new springs and shocks for the rear end so i can get my 8 3/4 rear into the car in a timely manner. I am just curious where might be the best place to buy the springs and shocks and any specific type that is the best for the money??? Shoud i be buying air shocks?? Im planning on putting a stroked 318 back into the car and planning on around 350HP and using 3:55 suregrip on the rear. I will be only using the car on the street no plans for the drag strip thanks for any tips/info.

I just went to the dealership in town and ordered XHD springs for my 66 Dart,360/904 with 14,s on front and 15,s on back with 8 3/4 s.g.I have air-shocks on there now and hate the stiff ride.I,ll also be putting in 3 way gas shocks.

ESPO springs,for the springs any good quality gas shock should be fine for a street car..leave the air shocks for the brand-x guys..

ok i checked out mancini and saw the xhd springs how will the car sit compared to using the stock setting springs from espo??? My springs are so worn even with helpers i have no idea where it sat from the factory. Also what would be a good gas shock?? how are the KYB shocks from pst???
