Car- 1974 duster power steering non A/C, Engine-340 block with 360 magnum heads auto trans I want to find a set of manifolds in a junk yard, what ones do I want off of what car? what will work the best?

I would say a-body 340 manifolds off of the '68 to '70 if you can find them.
They aren't cheap if you can even find them in the junk yard on a car still.
If you find some, grab whatever 340 stuff that's there too including the car body, engine, trans, and rear end!

You probably wont find anything good in the junk yard. 68-70 340 manifolds would be best followed by 72-73 manifolds.

1974 360 dart sport manifolds I have been told they flow slightly less than 340 manifolds

is there any manifolds on 318 or 360s that will work? we are going with 360 magnum heads now

I have a '67 cuda with a 360. I put '93 dodge Dakota manifold "2 1/4 outlet" $35 on the passenger side and a 340 manifold $140 on ebay on the driverside. They both bolt on and flow great.
