where can I find these tail light bezel nuts

Does anybody know where I can find these tail light bezel nuts for a 1973 Dart Sport. never seen any like these before. of course I never had to replace them before either. I need 16 of them. they are like an acorn. have some kind of threads in the top of them. would appreciate it. Bill
