Elongated Skulls Could be Proof of Alien Life Here!

The point of my question is this. If God created the heavens and the earth. Then it must have been perfect.

next it is written, and the earth was without form......whoa whoa whoa.....

What happned between those 2 lines? how did it go from perfect to without form?

how much time lapsed between those 2 lines? We are not told.

Well if you let that get in the way of your salvation..............

You know; too many people are always looking for an out, saying I need a technicality so God's rules don't apply to them. That's too bad. Just the way it is. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink, comes to mind.

You should spend more time on getting on the narrow path, and staying on it, than questioning the Book. Cuz in the end the answers to Gods mysteries, may not be ours to decipher.
Look you can throw out the Book, you don't need it to get salvation. After you are on the Narrow Path, being obedient to God's laws and Commands, and Enduring to the end; then you can study the Book with the help of God, instead of struggling by yourself, with every little detail, trying to find errors.
Concentrate; first get on the Path .

Oh yeah, and where to place the fossils that appear to be millions of years old
Do you have me on ignore? What does millions of years look like? How do you know?
You can fossilize something in less than a year with the proper mineral flow.
I can post a fossilized hiking boot with foot.

The question really is, WHO wrote these lines? GOD? NO. Man? Obviously. The Bible is written by............MAN! Like every other other religious Tome.

If he created the Earth, does that make him parenterrestrial? Oh wait, forgot the rest of the Universe...and where was he hanging out before created it? And, how was that created...and where was he before that? And how was that created?

He was managing director of creating a universe.com

And translated through multiple languages over the last several thousand years.

then he is an alien by definition. As he is not "from" this earth.

It is said that man is from the earth.
And shall return there.

Polytheism is illogical.
"They" would be superior beings but none would be all powerful.
None could be "God".
God by classical monothistic definition would be Omnipresent.
So he would be alien nowhere.

With respect. I believe you think you know far more than you do. My question was not blaspheme. If you believe God wrote those words then EACH word is important.

If you take the bible literally, and it seems you do. Then the word "create" means something different than the word "made"

the word "And" is just as important as any other word.

Again, I don't have the answers, and if there is a God, who gave such a book do you not think he would expect you to ask the questions I am asking?

If every religion says that they are the correct one, which one is correct???

Why would God be constrained by time in any way if he created time in the first place?

It still goes back to what existed before he created it, and how was that created?

And before that?

Why does the bible state that the earth is flat???

If the bible was written by god, wouldn't he have known that it was round/spherical????

I'm willing to say that IF there is a God, who created the whole universe....surely a being so powerful could have a book written by his people that reflected his words.

If you don't believe God could do that simple thing, he wasn't very omnipotent to begin with.

I don't believe in an all-seeing, all-knowing, all-powerful, omnipotent being that has "always been there", and I never will. Not to say that there aren't omnipotent beings somewhere in the universe.....

And if God is everything, and created everything, then to understand God is to understand everything...not just a little book written by men.

Call up the Gnostics...they’re on.

I agree parts of it are actual. Some.....
Which is where the numerous translations come into play. That said, if you look at all the worlds religions, they, for the most part, believe in one being. While they all have differences from there, it has to mean something for almost all of the various religions to believe in a singular being(yes I realize there are religions that believe in multiple beings)

Good questions. I think these are the same things most thinking people would ask if they got the chance to meet their maker

BUT just because several religions believe in one supreme being, does not make it fact!

Isn't that what omnipotent means?
