@pittsburghracer gone.

I've had a better life, than any three people I know.
If you truly don't get the analogy, think about gearing and ratios.

My philosophy:

When you are a kid, you hear of people dying and it really doesn’t mean much.

Eventually grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts etc go and it starts to mean something.

Next, your friends start leaving and it hits you how fragile and short life really is.

Then, somebody turns off the lights……and you are the previous scenarios.

RIP John. Along with all of our other friends.

I just found out a lifelong friend died at his daughter’s wedding yesterday. He was 57. Life is short.

I hadn’t been on here long before he passed, but I had quickly come to value his comments. He is certainly missed.

We both shared a love for cats. He had more than we did. We have ten now. We used to chat almost every morning on Facebook and share cat pictures and stories. We rarely talked cars. That was fun.

I had a buddy named Pig die last year as well. His real name was John. I bought a bunch of his parts from his widow including a 29 Ford Roadster. With it, a 265 and 283 chevy engine. I sure am gonna miss you guys. :rofl:

RIP @pittsburghracer

Im sure he gets these when you put the "@" sign in front. That's a helpful hint for you new guys.
