SHE STARTED LIVE AS A /6 AND I WAS GONNA LEAVE IT IN BUT AFTER DRIVING AROUND A COUPLE OF DAYS I JUST COULDNT DO IT ANYMORE I NEED POWER!!!!
SO OUT CAME THE SIXER AND IN CAME THE 360... :)

What brand of headers are those?
Good looking project car.
 
Looking good. I can't wait until I can get my dart painted. What are the specs on the 360? Make sure you post pics once you get it back from the paint shop.
 
Well she's pretty much all stock minus the intake carb and headers ...
Oh man i wont be able to get enough pics after she's painted ha ha ...

first off thank you as for the paint my buddy who is a life long paint and body man is goin to paint her for me he does all the body work in his shop at home than he rents a booth when it comes time for paint....and he charges decent prices he is very good at what he does...
 
WELL THE BLOCK SANDING IS DONE I PUT MOST OF THE DASH BACK IN LAST NIGHT....
NOW I THINK SHE'S READY TO GO TO THE PAINT BOOTH FRIDAY.... I HOPE.

Dude awesome project. Don't take offense, but you are going to remove the door handles and antenna before paint - aren't you? Really makes the job perfect - you're at the point where everything else is off - go for it.

Can't wait to see the finished pictures - same color, or ? ? ?

THANKS BRO WELLL THE ANTENNA FOR SHURE IS COMMIN OFF BUT AS FOR THE DOOR HANDLES IM NOT SHURE I DONT WANNA BREAK THE PLASTIC CLIPS THAT HOLD THE RODS IDK.
ANYWAYS THE CAR IS GOING TO BE ALPINE WHITE WITH A BLUE BUMBELBEE STRIPE. IM GETTIN EXCITED :toothy10: HA HA

OK, you're half way there now, convince yourself that the door handles need to come off. Then take your time and if the "clipy-doos" break I'll help you find them. You'll thank me afterwards. I'm certain your painter is an excellent artist - give him a free and clear pallet to work with. It's unfortunate the small areas where the grab part of the handles block the metal on the door, and the metal under the handles, will come back and bite you in a few years.

your right bro i talked to him and he says "oh the handles are commin off" so he's the boss and he said the clips wont break he has a method so go figure ha ha ... Thanks for ur input :-d
 
Well she just got picked up and on the way to the muffler shop and than on to the paint booth tomorrow yay.... :)
