Hi, I'd like to install a Tuff wheel on my 1970 340 Swinger. I need to stay within certain guidelines to maintain my collector car insurance. Was the Tuff wheel a factory available option for my car? Appreciate any insight.

Anybody know if the Tuff steering wheel was an option on the 70 340 Dart Swinger? Thanks.

Check out Brewer's Performance, they sell the switch and bracket, good to compare with what you have. http://www.brewersperformance.com/proddetail.asp?prod=CS2947856NOS The grommet fits into the firewall, green wire grounds the start relay.

Looks like you may have your switch installed incorrectly, do you have a mount bracket for it, can't see in your pics. I used a bent and cut wire coat hanger to replace the broken wire piece which moves the switch input.

I'm thinking of installing the Mopar P3690426 electronic ignition kit to replace my original dual point distributor in my 1970 340 Swinger. I have the factory tach. Any tach issues with using the electronic system? Do I have to change my voltage regulator? Did some searching but unable to find...

Did any 1970 Mopars have a wheel like this as a factory option? Iv'e seen a few of these installed and they look good but I need to stay with factory avaialble original parts to maintain my original status.

Just buy oil and put in a bottle of engine break in additive, I use Comp Cams #159, costs me about $13 here in Canada, probably be about $9 in the US, buy it over the counter, no ordering or shipping required.
