#1. 97 Dodge Ram 4x4 loved everything about that truck, miss it everyday.
#2. 80 Ramcharger 4x4 that thing was a beast.
#3. 90 Pontiac Sunfire. My 1st car will always have a special place in my heart.
Jegs sells what you are looking for. It is called an engine limiter or motor plate strut. Look in the chassis section and they are listed in the motor mount area. Comp Eng and Jegs make them. I used one with my elephant ears. I used my pass. side stock engine mount. I drilled out the...
28' Premier trailer. Front part has speaker box carpet. Aluminum door cabinet. You can't see it but right inside the side door is the jack stand/jack holder. I also have front and rear tiedown hooks on the walls. Roof A/C but you in the Great White North have need for that. Tread plate for...
I would check your grounds for sure. If you are using headers and a regular size starter you could have starter heat soak.
I have my battery in the trunk. I am running a normal 4ga. battery wire to the starter and have no cranking issues hot or cold. I am running a large output battery...
I like the looks/comfort of the ProCar seats but haven't found a way to mount them to the crossbar of the hoop. I guess you could take the backs apart add a brace bar and then put them back together.
Cordova,IL has been rained out just about every Friday or Saturday. It is nice during the week and rains on the weekends. Which is fine with me because mine isn't done yet. Maybe this week and then of coarse it will rain Friday.
72SCAMPTRAMP: You live in Iowa so give Victory Driveline a go. They are in Iowa. I talked with them at the 10' Monster Mopar. They make the shafts for Mancini, Strange and a few other companies. I bought a 3"DOM, 1350 joints and slip yoke for $285 shipped to my door. I ordered mine through...
This intake/carb were on my 500 MW pump gas motor when I bought it from the engine builder. It was used for the break-in runs and 6 passes at the track. I replaced this intake with the Indy 440-25 so I could run in the NSS races. I ran 10.85 off the trailer in my 65 Coronet with no tuning. So...
I replaced my fuel pump on my 97 1500 Ram 4x4. I didn't drop the tank or lift the bed. There was enough room to get my hands up there and change it out without removing/dropping anything. I don't know if being a 4x4 had anything to do with it.
I will say that dropping the tank would be...
I just reread my post. I told you wrong. It uses 2 chips. 1 top end limiter and 1 for linelock. The dials are for launch. Gives you the chance to adjust the launch RPM's for ever changing track conditions. I can't use one in NSS but if could I would get another one
I would go with the 125/150 shot instead of a cam change.
1: alot easier to do
2: you get to keep it the same streetable condition that it is in now.
I like your thinking about for race day only. Get to the track change the plugs, adjust timing, add some race fuel and you are racing...
