guy i know has the freeze plugs out of the cyl heads on his 318.he bought the heads at kragens when there was a kragen.one freeze plug was rusted thru.he says he cant get the freeze plugs .i popped one out of the 340 heads on my bench(cause it will get new ones) and its a dorman p24c it will...

we went to a carshow in downtown livermore today.there wasnt much in the way of mopars some e bodies and a couple of chargers 69s and 70s mostly.fabo had one member there besides me.my car wasnt in the showbut parked on the edge of it.i think it was the only swinger there here is some pics

working on a 73 challenger,it has a cast crank 440.its all stock except for a set of headman headers.someone put a 1406 eddy carb with an adaptor on it.he wants a different carb.i suggested the summit rebuilt thermoquad.any thoughts on this???

heres the thing,want to start small,have 47n 36f jets.going to run 5 psi of fuel to fuel solinoid.have a press reg and it goes to gas sol.put a gauge on it and itwill bottom the gauge out over 15 psi.i only have one fuel pump 18 psi electric.sumped tank 1/2 inch fuel line to dash 8 to split...

bought this ignition retard box 8972 from ebay and it doesnt work.paid 99.00 buy it now price.guess i have to send it to msd to fix it.sucks.damn hope they dont charge more than i paid for it to fix it....

i started the install of a new wiring harness in a friends 56 chevy 1/2 ton.worked all day.the only stuff left is the taillights and gauges....

i have my fuel pres set at 6.at full throttle it goes down to 3 1/2.i know it should be more than that.going to set it at 7 and see what it runs at.what should it be wide open?

got a job to install a new harness in a 56 chevy pickup.the harness is made for the truck.there isnt too many wires on these vehicles.how much should i charge the guy????:dontknow:

working on a 98 dakota 5.2 magnum.runs great,then it acts like its running on 7 cyls.or 6. i just tuned it up.new cap,rotor,wires plugs.and oil change.it was already having this problem before i did anytthing to it.i was thinking clogged fuel filter ? bad pump?anyone?
