I was searching and I think I got the wrong terms on here. It is an intake that has a parallel opening to the engine block. The linkage will be perpendicular.

I need some help on the the parallel 2bbl conversion is setup. If anybody had pictures it would really help. I can't figure out how to get the throttle cable to fit properly. All help appreciated.

So my ammeter burnt out with a puff of smoke and I was wondering if I had to replace it or just bypass it? All help appreciated.

My slant six needs a different air system because it has to little of space for a regular air cleaner. Any ideas? All help appreciated.

It's a Holley 2280, and I believe it is the lean system. The fuel filter isn't plugged, after having someone help manually work the choke the car still didn't run right. After it warmed up, It wouldn't accelerate right, and with butterfly open still wanted to die.

I should add that I have no choke.

My slant 6 with a two barrel runs for a few seconds and then dies. I can keep it going if I floor the gas pedal repeatedly. It's an 85 engine and all the hoses are hooked up correctly to the carb. Any help appreciated.

In all reality all I need is the bracket that hooks up to the underside of exaust manifold, the one that hold the throttle cable and tranny kickdown arm.

I need the automatic kickdown linkage that they used on super six setups. I need anything wheter its the whole set up or a single piece or even something home fabricated. Just need something so my tranny won't burn up. Any help much appreciated. I also have a holley 1945 and a sandcast aluminum...

I want to buy a holley economaster for my /6, I heard they bump up fuel economy and drive-ability. I can't find any on ebay. A 1bbl or 2bbl, doesn't matter to me.

I put a holley 1920 on it and after a rebuild the carb quit on me. So I put the original carb back on, but I forgot how to hook it up. And the wire connection has nowhere to hook up to, so I was hoping for some help.

oops forgot that part. It's a 74 Dart Swinger and I believe that this is a holley 1945.

I'm not an expert on carbs so I don't know if this is correctly hooked up. Some lines are blocked the there's a wire that isn't hooked up and I can't find any loose wires to hook it up to. Any help appreciated.

I have an original 1920 holley 1bbl, came off a 1973 Dart. Shipping from Oregon. Asking $20+ shipping. Ran when pulled off.

So changed the float level higher, screwed in the air/gas ratio screw 1 1/2 turns and messed with the j rod connecting to the back of the carb and now it runs.

It squirts the fuel into the into the intake, so I'll check spark.

So my dart was running rich so I changed the float level and changed my spark plugs and now the car won't turn over. The starter works, it just won't catch. At first it turned on then the rpms started to go up from 500 to about 650 then the engine died and it won't turn on. Help please, I have...

I am testing with a full gas tank. I just find it curious that this time it took 10 gallons and last time it took 8 gallons, the rest of the times have also been inconsistent.

Ok thank you, That helps a lot. I put 10 gallons today and it only went to half a tank. Thats why I asked if anyone know the max capacity of a standard gas tank.

Ok, so the multimeter read 22.3. My gas gauge is at a little less than half a tank. Is this all correct? Also does anyone know the actual tank size a 74 Dart Swinger has? It's an original gas tank and it always takes different amounts to fill it up from empty.

Yes my multimeter is that exact model and yes it was 180 degrees pointing at 200. But I did not check behind the kick panel. I will do that today and post results.

mine is just a cheap cen-tech. And it was put in the ohm reader.
