    [WANTED] SBP Rallye Center Caps

Hey yall, looking for some center caps. Driver condition is fine they don't have to be perfect. Would prefer the later acorn style but I'm open to anything. Let me know what y'all have. Thanks

    Stock-ish 383 Build

Are the heads you have now good to go? If they are I wouldn't bother with the aluminum heads yet. But if they need machine work and all that, by the time that is said and done you probably wouldn't be too far off from the price of the 440 source heads

This is the route I'm going eventually. can't beat the price

    Harbor fright

I've found the majority of their hand tools get the job done just fine. Plus, with a lifetime warranty on a lot of their hand tools planned obsolescence isn't really a factor. They make no money when you replace them on a warranty

Changing a 74 Dart Swinger to look like a 71-72 Dart Swinger

Hmm. I guess I thought that the taillights went into the quarter panel. Makes sense though. That would definitely make things easier

Changing a 74 Dart Swinger to look like a 71-72 Dart Swinger

I would think that you would have to change the rear completely as well. Including the quarter panels. That would be a huge undertaking. I would think that you would be better off finding a 1973 Dart to swap over. The you would just have to switch the front clip. It would take a donor car with...

Need A Little More Help with 66 Dart Wheels and Tires

Looks great! I never noticed how nice the body lines on those cars look. They really pop.

Need A Little More Help with 66 Dart Wheels and Tires

I don't think it would cause any problems. You're about nearing the limit there though in my opinion, in terms of width. Sounds like a cool project though. Not a lot of 4 doors.

    help with ideas please........

For the first part, I don't know where in Florida you are, but I have a set of buckets out a Mercedes that you could have. They have power seats and the seatbelt integrated I believe. For the second part, you could try looking at B or C body hubcaps maybe. I'm not sure if they made a lot of...

    Disc Brakes for 8 1/4?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a rear disc brake setup? I saw something on Summit, but I was wondering if yall had better suggestions. Thanks FABO

    [WANTED] 383 or 400 engine

Hey FABO, Posted over in FBBO as well, but figured I'd try out here too. I'm looking for a 383 or a 400 engine rebuilt or running when pulled preferred. Trying to keep it within an 8 hour drive of Jacksonville FL to cut down on cost of shipping. But if there's a good cheap way to ship something...

Can someone recommend a V8 Crate Motor?

Interested in this as well. Wanting to upgrade to a 383 or a 400, but the way its looking it might be cheaper to go with a crate engine

    74 Dart swinger Rust

Body work is a pretty satisfying thing, although I know guys that won't touch it. I'm still pretty young but I kinda just dived in, and learned as I went. It's a lot of sanding I'll tell you that

    74 Dart swinger Rust

Oh man.. that sail panel rust is killer. Might be better off with just a different car if you're not an experienced welder. AMD makes great parts, but you're going to pay. I've taken a risk and ordered some cheaper parts off of Ebay and haven't been let down yet.

    duster custom grille thoughts

Maybe if you found a way to keep the outside sections in their original position and then just doing as you would on the center section it wouldn't be so much work. I believe the grille is braced on the back.. could be wrong. But yeah you're looking at double the work it would take to do it the...

    duster custom grille thoughts

I don't see why not. Might take a lot of patience haha. But I believe if you just trimmed the parts of the grill that protrude outward you could just move the flat section back and then use something to bond them together. Would be neat to see!

x2 on that. It would be pretty neat if that is what they're doing. Different, for sure

Have a big stash of parts, no block though. That's what I'm really after. But we've got cams and intakes and all that for sure.

    Engine Hunting

You know I hadn't even thought of this option. I've seen a few 440s from RVs, not really any 383 or 400s. I'll defintely be on the lookout though. Thanks!

    Pirate jack disc brake kit.

Yeah I hadn't even noticed that. They definitely look it. Could it be possible they used those calipers because they're more common? Is it even possible to use those calipers and have SBP?

    Engine Hunting

I thought about it, but we have a lot of big block parts here in the garage already that would save me a lot of money. Plus its something different, not something you see every day
