I send out my flywheel,clutch,and balancer too.

The ecm will scan the system when restarted,if the original problem no longer exists the light will stay off.I dont think it will clear the code in there until a DRB or scan tool is hooked up but the light will stay off if the problem is solved.

Dads ram does this at start up,about 3 seconds or so always assumed it to be the lifters pumping up.

The last Fel-Pro kit i got had 2 different seals in it for the rear,the kit is universal for all small blocks,360 having a different pan from 318,340.Cut them if it appears it will work and use some black rtv you will be fine.

Using the Remflex gaskets,tried Percys aluminums and Fel Pros and they didnt last long.They are not good for reusing,if you plan on taking them on and off for any reason i would pass on them,second time off they were junk.My headers are old and distorted you may have better luck with the others...

I did one of there bolt kits a few years ago on my 340,the t/c bolts were ok but i recall having to add more threads to the intake bolts? i think and even shortening a few.Them are some hard bolts to cut and thread!!!

Apparently need thicker contacts to read torque wrench properly.Torqued head 10lbs over what they should be.What to do?Replace head gaskets,bolts? Iron head with Fel Pro permatorque gaskets and ARP bolts.Any suggestions?Thanks.

I believe it goes behind the oil slinger.I know what your talking about,never used them before,threw them out.

Just for reference i had $1642.00 in mine. Eagle cast crank Eagle H beams KB forged pistons Clevite bearings rings i cant remember the name PRM? internally balanced by my machine shop. Hope this helps!
