    Keep her in your thoughts....

Where is he located? Last time he posted, he was in a bad place, and that was almost a week ago. Hasn't been on since.

    Keep her in your thoughts....

Doug, I have ankylosing spondylitis, and it is crippling if I lay around and do nothing. I'm not sure about her other problems, but I can say for sure that it's absolutely necessary to be active to not be in pain from ankylosing spondylitis. It has rarely bothered me for years, since I figured...

What do you think of this paint job?

I can kind of understand clear-coating a car with natural patina, but not deliberately painting a car to look like a rust bucket.

EAS!!!! Driving from CA to TN

Congratulations on completing your enlistment. Looks like everyone has pretty much covered everything you'll need. Some have recommended a lot more spare parts than I would personally carry, but I guess it's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Make sure you have your...

    Met my new neighbor tonight

If he was polite about it, I would have left the HOA prez part out of it. There was no need to throw that in, other than ego. If he was a douche about it or it happened again, then I might bring it up.

what to look for in a dana 60??

User 2116cassandra on eBay will build one to your specs for less than most places. Seems like I paid $2300 for mine narrowed to a-body width, perches moved in for offset hangers, Yukon axles, 3" studs, green bearings, traklock with 4.10 gears. He threw in a set of drum brakes for almost free.

what to look for in a dana 60??

They are a little heavier, but supposedly take less to spin than an 8 3/4. I don't regret putting one in my Duster.

    wood heat

I WAS the hydraulics. My dad told me I was lucky because I got heat from the wood twice: once when I split it, and once when he burned it.

    wood heat

Grew up with wood heat. I miss it, except for cutting, splitting, and stacking all that wood. Especially the splitting part.

    Drone cameras, anyone have one?

Hory shet, I could buy a lot of car parts & ammo for that!

    Drone cameras, anyone have one?

I have an el-cheapo one (I think) that I got for Christmas last year. Never been out of the box. It has a built in camera. If it was one of the ones I could mount my Go-Pro to, I would probably use it.

    Hellcat at the track.

Still costs less than a Z06, and faster 1/8 and cooler than a Z06.

    Barracuda Blues

They are based on the Valiant. If it's a '65, it should even have the Valiant emblem on the rear window trim, horn, and hubcaps (if you still have the originals).

    Ar15 add-ons

Why were you doing that level of cleaning at the range? Only place I've seen them that anal about stupid stuff like the barrel tip being spotless was bootcamp. I did take the entire fire control goup (trigger assembly) apart several times throughout boot camp and MCT. Someone else saw me do...

The 6 position UTG will work. You might need a shorter buffer, but I'm not 100% sure on that. You should join www.m4carbine.net if you're not already on it. It has tons of info on all types of weapons, not just M4's. They are really slow at approving your membership, I think it took a week...

    Any luck finding Ammo?

I just moved to Yuma, AZ and can get them locally now! I also ordered that Saiga for my wife, but they said they couldn't get it in .223, so I got the 5.45. So much for for keeping the types of ammo down. Looking at getting a Rem 700 or something similar in a 30-06 or .308 next.

Idle air control on my F150

If you look at the center of the grill, and usually somewhere on the tailgate, the problem has an oval surrounding it, highlighted in blue. :D:D Hope you get it worked out, and hope it's not the PCM. Does it have a distributor? If so, could be the pick-up plate.

    Ripped off by A-Bodies member!!!!

I was talking to him about some W2 heads around that same time...probably the same ones. Glad I backed out, but if I did buy something from him, I would pay and pick it up in person since he's only about 45 minutes away.
