wanted ABS plastic trim below back window. Piece should be about 15" Any help would be appreciated.

Its a 65 Barracuda 273 motor. I am trying to upgrade to the 10.5 pistons, from the 8.8 ones. My 8.8 have 4 valve reliefs, this new piston has 2 reliefs, but doesn't seem like it has enough dome to be a 10.5 piston.

Just bought a set of Egge pistons from Kanter. I know what the 8.8 pistons look like, but I don't know what the 10.5 to 1 looks like. The Egge pistons are L2222. Is this the 10.5 to 1's. Don't know how to send pics or I would post them. Any pics of the 10.5's would be appreciated. Thanks

The part number on the block is 2465330 and also on the block is 6-20-65. So I guess it is a 65 block. However Hyd. lifter were installed, instead of the stock solid lifters.

Chryslerfat ,Would the wrist pins come with the pistons from Kanter ? Or would I have to buy them separate?? Kanter also lists only one connecting rod for both the 2bbl and the 4bbl so no problems with the new pistons to the old con rods ?? The same as the push rods (7.50") Thanks everyone...

The engine is stamped for the 1965, maybe the guts are from a different year ??

I have a 65 Barracuda 273. when I bought this car it had a Edelbrock 1405 carb on it. I thought it had the 10.5 to 1 pistons and a solid lifters. Boy was I wrong. It has the 8.8 to 1 pistons with hydrolic lifters. I want to install the 10.5 to 1 pistons, but are not sure if they'll fit...

Yes, it is a small block 273 and the hinges bolt on the side of the hood. . So spacing it doesn't seem to be a fix. Was just hoping to use someone else's knowledge about Mopars, to fix my problem. I don't know anything about a Chinese HEI ,but I will look at the box and see.

1965 Barracuda

Has anyone ever removed the tension rods that are used on the hood hinges ?? I have removed these rods as I needed the room, as I went with an HEI dist. now the hinges don't let the hood set correctly. Has anyone come up with a replacement for the stock hinges ?? Any help would be appreciated.

I am having a new cam, lifters, pushrods,springs etc done to my 65 Barracuda 273. Will I need to put in bread in oil. There will be no motor work other than the cam and timing chain and lifters/pushrods. Any information would be appreciated

Have a 1965 Barracuda and need to find the plastic clips for the lower trim that runs from wheel well to rear wheel well. Have looked on line but haven't been able to find them. They are about 1" by 1 1/2" snap on clips. I need enough for both sides. Any help would be appreciated.

I also need a set. NAPA gave me asset of 1 9/16, didn't fit. I believe my 65 Barracuda uses a 2" or slightly smaller size. So put me on the list.

Why not use the kit that changes the bolt pattern to 5x4.5 instead of the sbp? The sbp is limited to stock or SS Cragars or Anson sprints. All of the Torq Thrust wheels are bbp. Just curious ???

What is the length of each axle and what is the number of splines for a stock 7 1/4 rear end. Strange is asking this information that are going to build me a set of axles with a 5x4.5 bolt pattern. But they want this info. Any help would be appreciated.

So if the 65 cuda has a 5 bolt what is the lug spacing 4.5?? If it is 5/4 then good luck finding an aftermarket wheel, like aTorque Thrust D or M. This 65 is driving me crazy !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Questions about whether or not headers will fit in a 65 V8 Barracuda. That is with out cutting anything ??
