You have a 1964 Corvair Spyder with the 140 horse engine (dual exhaust cutouts in the rear valance). Might be worth a bit more if it was a Turbo but most of them got swapped out for a 140 anyway. I agree with GTX that you need to find a Corvair board and post it there. We had 3 of these things...

That's almost as ugly as the Pacer with a '72 Grand Torino front clip that I saw running around once. Asked the guy about it at a light and was aghast to hear he had used a '76 Power Wagon chassis. Had to give him points for getting that much right.
