Ok I went out to check and get a couple better pictures here 6pkC. On my orange '71 Demon I took my jack out to investigate a little farther and found out my lugwrench sits on top of that metal strap in the slot. My rusty '72 Demon looks the same as the '71. Hope I didn't confuse you anymore...

No mine doesn't have that metal strap like in the pics in post 21. Just that slotted piece for where the lugwrench slides into. I might look at my '72 Demon and see what that looks like.

Fast Lane West dash bezel without the gauges. You can also get one with gauges installed as well from what I seen from their website. Peak Dashes aluminum. This is an earlier pic before I finished putting all my gauges in.

Fast Lane West sells a plastic one which is kind of flimsy but ok if you tight on money. If money isn't an object to you,just get a nice one from Peak Dashes which is maded from aluminum. He is a member here and goes by CashA10.

Let us know how well the fit is. I may eventually buy a new one instead of redoing mine.

I soon will be doing the same thing and thought the Year One price was reasonable,but wondered about the quality of fit. I just bought new carpet for my '95 Ram from Stock Interiors and that carpet was dropped shipped directly from ACC(Auto Custom Carpets). Maybe Year One deals with ACC? John

I'm not sure if I asked this question before,but I am curious on when(month and day) they changed from the thumbwheel radio to the knob style radio? My one Demon has a build date of 10/5/1970 and wondered what bezel/radio it should have in it. I want to get a new bezel, and PG Classics has one...

I have heard complaints about them over different things. Most items I bought I was happy with. I did have one defect on a set of fender mounted turn signals were the threaded stud was not the right threads and thickness were it wouldn't stay in. So I went to the hardware store and fixed it up...

I went and checked my other demon this morning and there are 6 bows in it for the headliner. The difference between this car with 6 bows was it was built at the Los Angles,CA plant as the other with 4 bows was built at Hamtramck,MI plant. John

I counted 4 in my demon. I will have to check my other '71 since the bows themselve's are still there.

I have used it on my interior parts for my Charger and turned out pretty nice. I don't know how it will hold up or last over time but I was satisied with my results. John

I just had got done painting my dash frame the other week. I used Krylon flat black and that seemd the closest match to the dash in my other car. Check out my pics. and see what you guys think. John

I'm wrong. I did find pics of '71-'72 B body chargers with seats like that.

I was thinking E-body seats, but I too may be wrong. John
