Well, I’m back with another 68’ barracuda

What about those who specifically ordered a green car? My mother bought a brand new 72 Gran Torino station wagon, and did a bathroom over in all green, as well as new green kitchen appliances. Green was in back then, imo. I was just staring down on traffic awaiting an appointment noting all the...

    68, 383 S 4 speed Cuda Convertible

This picture, this car, is a legend, in my mind at least. I've seen this pic posted all over the internet, and one other that appears to be the same car, or extremely similar. This was an inspiration for me in my determination to get my dream Barracuda, exactly the way I would have ordered it...

After a lifetime of waiting, I just bought my first classic car

Sweet! Drive it everyday possible and enjoy the heck out of it. It appears to have a few options, but a bench seat. Hard to tell in pics. Is it a bench? I have only seen one with a bench 4 speed and it's in my garage.

    Newbie here from CT

'67 383 4 speed, that's awesome! That's the one for me too, love them. Lets get to decoding it, I'm very interested in seeing the build date and options, where it was sold from, if it was ordered, is the engine original, etc. Do you have the IBM card, buildsheet, or fender tag? See here...

    noobie.

Not all Formula S cars were 383s, in fact there were not that many made. The vin will start with BH29_7 BH29 is Barracuda fastback, the next letter will be the engine code. An H would be a 383. The 7 is for 1967. Take a pic of the fender tag and post it, you want to see a 7 under the F for...

Thank you for a great site.

Welcome to FABO. You are correct, this is a great site. Everyone is helpful and they all look out for each other. Check out the gold member info. As I found out, you may not take advantage of the perks, but the biggest perks are the site itself and the members.

Sweet ride, leave the paint as is. Did you buy it from Clyde C. Netzley Chrysler/Plymouth in Naperville, IL?

    Hello From Upstate New York

Oh ya, I grew up going over to central ave, now it is empty. Makes you wonder why when a few idiots ruin it, the cops and towns don't try something other than close it down completely, businesses suffer, kids lose out on seeing the cars, etc. That Dodge show ruled, swap meet too.

    Hello From Upstate New York

Scotia, you are 30 minutes from me, you're the closest fabo member I am aware of. Any idea of what happened to the car show at Clifton Park Dodge World? I didn't see it advertised last year.

    New to site

I am new to this site, and Mopar ownership, as I was able to locate what I was looking for. I have been looking through the site and posted a few comments while searching for information on my car. It is a 67 Barracuda Formula S 383 and I have a few unanswered questions, (I was only able to...
